Directions from Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport (SHD) to JMU
Exit airport and turn LEFT onto VA-256 / Weyers Cave Rd. Go 1.5 miles merge onto I-81 NORTH. Take EXIT 245 - Port Republic Rd/ VA-253. Turn LEFT on Port Republic Road and take the first RIGHT onto Bluestone Drive.
Directions from Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport (CHO) to JMU
Exit the airport and proceed EAST on Airport Rd. Airport Rd becomes VA-649. Turn LEFT onto Seminole Trail / US-29N. Turn LEFT onto US-33 W / Spotswood Trail. Follow 33 W for approx. 36 miles and merge onto I-81 South toward Staunton. Take EXIT 245 - Port Republic Road / VA-253. Turn RIGHT onto Port Republic Road and then an immediate RIGHT onto Bluestone Drive.
Directions from Roanoke Regional Airport (ROA) to JMU
Exit the airport and merge onto VA-101 W / Hershberger Rd NW toward I-581. Merge onto I-581 N / US 220 N toward Lexington / Bristol. Merge onto I-81 N toward Lexington / Staunton. Follow I-81 N for approx. 102 miles. Take EXIT 245 - Port Republic Road/ VA-253. Turn LEFT onto Port Republic Road and then the first RIGHT onto Bluestone Drive.
Directions from Washington Dulles International Airlport (IAD) to JMU
Exit airport and take EXIT 9A VA-28 S / Sulley Rd toward Centreville / Manassas. Merge onto I-66 W toward Front Royal. Follow I-66 W for Approx. 52 miles. Merge onto I-81 S EXIT 1A toward Roanoke. Follow I-81 S for approx. 54 miles. Take EXIT 245 - Port Republic Road / VA-253. Turn RIGHT onto Port Republic Road and then an immediate RIGHT onto Bluestone Drive.
